Easy Weeknight Maple-Glazed Salmon

I absolutely love this recipe because it’s super easy for a weeknight meal. You can even make it ahead and marinade the salmon!

1 lb Salmon (About 4 filets)

2 garlic cloves minced

1 Tbspn Dijon mustard

3 Tbspn Soy Sauce

1/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup

Preheat oven to 375

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Combine garlic through syrup in a small bowl

Place salmon on baking sheet and pour the mixture over. Save 1/3 of the mixture for later.

Cook 15-20 mins and add the additional mixture after the first 10 minuets!
