Delicious Healthy Black Bean Salad
This recipe is so good by itself or on top of a salad. It’s the perfect side dish to bring to a summer cookout or Holiday party. Just mix it all together and refrigerate an hour before serving!
2 juice of Limes
1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
Parsley
1/2 Tspn Cayenne Pepper
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Tspn Salt
1/2 Chopped Green Onions
1-2 Cans Drained and Rinsed Black Beans
1 Can Corn
1/4 Cup Cilantro
2 Cups of Cooked Quinoa
